This is probably the first painting I have done in about 20 years. It's not
perfect by any means...but it is something. I could spend another 20
years trying to get the shading right on her skin (and
I still need to work on her hands), but it's all good. It's meant to be fun & I did it for Sunny. Those are her fairies that I have added to
the painting. Please be kind. You have no idea how long I sit and
hesitate sometimes before I hit "post."

DeleteI'd like to do more pieces in the future where S and I can collaborate. The way a child draws always adds an element of whimsy. :)
My one wish is for her to always be able to look back and see how much her presence in my life has meant to me. I want her to know that I thought about her as I painted or carried out our days doing/seeing/being and dreaming so many other things together!
