"It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living."

We spent the day visiting the aquarium and eating out. S learned about jellyfish from her Daddy
and I discovered the amount of crab legs that a three year old can devour in one sitting is mighty impressive. Even though we had fun, the sunshine and unseasonably warm weather on our way home made me regret not spending the day walking amongst the trees and taking in the fresh air.

  1. Are they photographs? They almost look like paintings! Amazing!
I know what you mean...when the weather is beautiful it is a shame not to be outdoors, but also nice to be in an aquarium!

  3. They are indeed photos! Sadly, really the only ones that turned out from the aquarium. Thanks for the sweet comments. :)

This city has very little {I think} in the way of that sort of entertainment {museums, etc.}...I think I must investigate further...

Thank you for the birthday wishes!
Next year will be different! haha...I hope!

  5. Amazing shapes and colors. True beauty seems to be found everywhere in nature, for those who search.
