This photo tells me all I need to know. All well that ends well. Lovely, touching, memorable.
I wanted to e-mail you, but I think there's something wrong with your mail account. I receive mails from you almost every day, but they are all spam and obviously not from you.
Edda asks me every day if you have received the parcel, but I tell her that America is faaar away. I sent a parcel to Portugal the same day, and that one has arrived. Hope Sunny's will as well, very soon. x x x Lilli
Oh, sweet Edda! We have not received our package yet, but I am certain that it will brighten our day when it does arrive! :)
So sorry for the inconvenience of the e-mails that you are getting from me. I have changed my password numerous times and I hope I have finally found one that won't get hacked. If you continue to get spam from me though, please let me know and I will have to change my email account.
All things considered, my husband was able to spend almost his entire stay with his mum, visiting her daily in the hospital. She was in ICU when he arrived, improved while he was there, and started to decline again as he left. He said his goodbyes and we are thankful for that. I truly believe that she held on for his visit.
Oh, yes, she probably did. It must have given her so much comfort and peace to see, touch and hear her son again. And for him, as well. A book closed, or at least not torn or lost.
I will let you know about the e-mail, it's strange trying to imagine that someone spends time creating difficulties for others.
