A Different View.

Daddy and his friend Danny gave S a ride in Danny's plane for her birthday.
She might just be the luckiest girl ever!

She didn't like wearing the headset...

She was much happier with the headset off. The noise of the plane didn't seem to bother her at all.

This is the new bridge (orange) going in next to the old, which will be torn down, entering our town on the right.

We flew over our house, it's the one with the oval pool. The clearing behind our home is where the coyotes have been coming at night. They come up to the homes from the river, which is just off to the left of the clearing. I have been waking up in the middle of the night to gut wrenching noises that sound like a child screaming, which we have discovered is the sound of coyotes killing rabbits.

Hey buddy, turn around and fly the plane!

S was enjoying the view. She was brave and did really well (she's never been in a plane before.)

S is pretty sensitive to allergies where her eyes itch this time of year, so she couldn't stand to have the vents blowing on us in the back. We had to turn them away from us and because of this, it was really hot in the back of the plane. When we were landing, she was so happy to have that blast of fresh air that is what she is reacting to here.

I love this one of S and her daddy.

A big hug for the pilot...

...and a super big hug for daddy!

We had a blast!!

p.s. my apologies on the spacing of the pictures. It's late and blogspot is not being very friendly.
