Images of our day. The last few days I've been making jewelry. Nothing fancy, but it fills an urge in me to create. I usually find myself doing this when gifts are needed and I know that the recipient would enjoy what I make for them. S and I also found ourselves making our Easter cards this year. We had so much fun in doing so. The images that I drew for my cards came straight from here. I just mixed things up a bit. I also highly recommend this and this by Sachiko Umoto. I have to admit that I bought her books for myself, fully intending that S will get much use out of them when she is a bit older. I know that I would have adored them as a child.  The wee one was awfully quiet in the other room and when I peeked in on her, I found her applying sparkly flower stickers to each of her little toes. Pictures were certainly needed. Lastly, the image of S is her looking out the window at a birdy that she spotted. She is always calling me to the window to see the birdies and the squirrels.
